Job Summary:

Cloudmonte Technologies is looking for a results-driven ERP Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, ERP solutions, client relationship management, lead generation, and consultative selling.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable ERP solutions, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for ERP solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Odoo.
- Understand client business processes and identify opportunities where ERP solutions can add value.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to prepare proposals, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Guide and support sales team members to achieve individual and team targets, where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, or IT services.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales negotiation, and deal closure.
- Good understanding of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present value-driven business solutions.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling ERP implementation, customization, consulting, or support services.
- Existing B2B client network or experience selling to domestic and international markets.
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Understanding of ERP implementation processes and business workflows.
