Job Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Team Management

- Lead and manage technical teams responsible for business applications and IT systems.
- Ensure smooth IT operations, service delivery, and compliance with SLAs.
- Handle technical incidents, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve IT services and support business needs.

2. IT Projects & Applications

- Manage IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and business requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the development, testing, maintenance, and improvement of business applications.
- Recommend recent technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

3. Global Team Collaboration

- Lead and coordinate technical teams across different locations and time zones.
- Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and business teams.
- Communicate project updates,



technical issues, and solutions effectively.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong experience in IT operations, application management, and enterprise-level projects.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and software testing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and SQL Server-related tools, including SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS, is an advantage.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience managing technical teams and working with global stakeholders.
- Experience in apparel sourcing or retail supply chain is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile: An experienced IT leader who can manage technical teams, oversee enterprise applications, ensure reliable IT operations, and deliver projects aligned with business objectives.
