We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Management students for Industrial Training (IT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Lords Inn Somnath. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in hotel operations while learning from experienced professionals across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operations in the assigned hotel department.
- Learn and follow hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the team in delivering excellent guest service.
- Maintain professional grooming, hygiene, discipline, and punctuality.
- Participate in departmental training and learning activities.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors.




- Complete assigned tasks as per departmental requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing Hotel Management or a Hospitality-related course.
- Students requiring Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT) as part of their curriculum.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a qualified hotel environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, as per departmental requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
