Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide in office technical support for laptop repairs, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware issues.
- Assemble new laptops from components or pre-built systems according to customer specifications.
- Install operating systems (OS) on laptops and perform basic configuration settings as needed.
- Troubleshoot software problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware field services or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of laptop disassembling, assembling, and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in installing OS installations and configuring basic system settings.
