Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a technically skilled and responsible IT Executive / IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and office IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
- Manage email accounts, user access, software installations, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to employees across different departments.
- Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, and basic IT security practices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Support attendance systems, biometric devices, and related software,



where applicable.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant IT support or IT operations experience.
- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and system administration.
- Knowledge of antivirus, data backup, and IT security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.
