– IT & Digital Infrastructure Manager

Job Location: Site-5, Kasna, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & System Management

- Manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Provide basic IT support for qualified and office equipment.
- Manage software installation, licensing, updates, and technical issues.

2. Company Website Management

- Maintain and update the company website and its web pages.
- Update website content related to company events, achievements, awards, recognitions, and announcements.
- Improve website design, functionality, user experience, and overall presentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the company's online visibility and digital presence.

3. Email & Mail Server Management

- Manage company email accounts, domain settings, and mail server operations.
- Handle email configuration, troubleshooting, spam protection, and account access.
- Ensure smooth and secure communication through company email systems.

4. Data Security & Backup

- Implement and maintain data security measures and access controls.
- Manage regular data backups and support data recovery when required.
- Protect company information against unauthorized access, malware, and data loss.
- Ensure appropriate security practices across company systems.

5. LinkedIn & Digital Presence Management

- Manage and regularly update the company's LinkedIn page.
- Publish updates regarding company events, achievements, awards, milestones, and recognitions.




- Coordinate website and social media updates to maintain consistent company branding.
- Suggest improvements to the company's digital presence and professional image.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in website maintenance and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of domain management, hosting, corporate email, and mail servers.
- Understanding of data security, antivirus solutions, access control, and backup systems.
- Familiarity with software installation, updates, licensing, and technical support.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn company page management and website content updates.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple IT and digital responsibilities.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience managing both IT infrastructure and company digital assets will be preferred.
- Must be proactive, technically sound, and capable of taking ownership of the company's IT operations.
- Candidates who can independently manage website updates, email systems, data security, and digital platforms are encouraged to apply.
