Job Title: IT Automation

We are seeking a skilled IT Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline IT processes and improve operational efficiency. The IT Automation Specialist will collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance service delivery, reduce manual efforts, and increase reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement automation scripts to optimize IT operations and workflows.
- Identify repetitive tasks and processes that can be automated, and create solutions to streamline them.
- Collaborate with system administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and scripts.
- Keep documentation up to date for all automation processes, including architecture diagrams and runbooks.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)



and their automation features.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools to track automation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
