Role Description The IT and Digital Media Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The consultant will manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website content, online travel listings, and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and user-friendly experiences. Daily responsibilities include coordinating digital marketing campaigns, supporting online sales funnels, monitoring performance metrics, and providing technical support for digital tools and platforms used by the team.

The role also involves collaborating with sales and travel consultants to align media planning with business goals, implementing online marketing strategies, and improving communication workflows through appropriate IT solutions.



The consultant will stay current with digital trends in travel and tourism and recommend enhancements to systems and media strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective campaigns that support business objectives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Online Marketing and Sales to drive digital engagement, lead generation, and conversion across web and social platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, present recommendations, and interact professionally with partners and vendors.
- Candidates should possess foundational IT skills, including website and CMS management, basic analytics tools, and familiarity with social media management platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality sector, knowledge of SEO/SEM, and the ability to analyze digital performance data will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in office in the Pune Division as part of a collaborative team are required.
