Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized IT Assets Executive to manage company IT equipment, maintain asset records, coordinate IT inventory, and ensure proper allocation and tracking of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, keyboards, and other IT equipment.
- Track asset allocation, issuance, returns, transfers, and replacements.
- Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and asset register.
- Coordinate with the IT team for hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor asset conditions and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
- Maintain asset purchase records, warranty details, serial numbers, and software licenses.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and accessories.




- Conduct periodic physical verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with employees and other departments regarding IT asset requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, stock availability, and inventory status.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or IT support will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, hardware, and MS Excel.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

- Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹29,000
- Provident Fund (PF): Applicable as per company policy and statutory rules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
