We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure across physical systems, cloud environments, and user-end setups. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking, cloud computing, system maintenance, desktop support, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including wire crimping and layout design.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor network performance and modify systems for improved efficiency.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows systems and servers, as well as manage SQL Server databases for health and security.
- Optimize AWS cloud resources and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Provide local IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including system assembling and disassembling.
- Maintain security best practices for IT infrastructure and surveillance systems,



including CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Robust technical knowledge in networking, Windows Server, SQL, AWS, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems installation and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating patience and attention to detail. This role is based in Malad (West), Mumbai, and is open to candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
