Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery & Technical Leadership
· Lead and manage Sustainability Assurance, ESG Advisory and Climate-related projects from project initiation to final delivery.
· Plan, execute and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
· Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality requirements.
- Sustainability Assurance & Verification
Lead and manage engagements related to:
· BRSR Assurance
· GRI Sustainability Report Assurance
· Greenhouse Gas Verification (ISO 14064)
· Product Carbon Footprint (ISO 14067)
· Carbon Neutrality (ISO 14068)
· Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
· Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
· Sustainability Reporting Assurance
· Independent ESG Assurance
- ESG Technical Services
Support and deliver projects related to:
· ESG Strategy
· Materiality Assessment
· ESG Gap Assessment
· Climate Risk Assessment
· Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)
· Sustainability Due Diligence
· EcoVadis Assessment
· CDP Advisory
· SBTi Support
· ESG Ratings & Benchmarking
· Net Zero Roadmap
· Supply Chain Sustainability
- Client Relationship Management
· Act as the primary technical interface for assigned clients.
· Conduct project kick-off meetings, technical discussions and management presentations.
· Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and quality delivery.
- Technical Review & Quality Assurance
· Review project documentation, evidence, calculations and assurance reports.
· Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures.
· Support accreditation requirements and technical governance.
- Team Management & Capability Building
· Guide, mentor and develop Sustainability Officers, Auditors and Associate Consultants.
· Conduct technical trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
· Support competency development within the Sustainability Services team.
- Business Support
· Support proposal preparation, technical scoping and effort estimation.
· Assist the sales team during client presentations, technical discussions and proposal walkthroughs.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional sustainability services.
- Market Development
· Monitor emerging sustainability regulations, ESG frameworks and market trends.
· Represent ISSPL at industry events, webinars, technical forums and conferences.
· Contribute to development of new sustainability service offerings
