Sampling of Plastic items, packing items, Separator, Gauntlet etc
Inspection of Incoming raw material as per Control Plan.
( Plastic items , Separators , Gauntlet etc. )
Decision of Incoming material ( Accepted or Rejected ) based on Sampling Plan , MS & Drawing.
Preparation Of IQC MIR ( with MIR Number) of each incoming material.
Submittion of MIR copy to Store department on daily basis.
To ensure IQC Accepted / Rejected tagging on IQC Accepted or Rejected material.
Responsible to circulate mail to concern departments in case of any IQC Rejection.
Responsible to maintain 5S & Safety standard at working place
