Job Title: International Voice Process – Vendor Management Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused candidates with experience in international voice processes and US client support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a good understanding of US accents, and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

Candidates with experience in day-to-day operations, vendor management and coordination, task allocation, email management, and follow-ups will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients and vendors professionally.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up regularly on pending tasks, requests, and outstanding action items.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Manage emails efficiently and respond to queries and requests professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation, update records,



and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure proper email etiquette and maintain professional written and verbal communication.
- Follow company communication guidelines, operational processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, productivity, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: 1–7 years in International Voice Process, US Client Support, Vendor Management, or Operations Coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of US accents and solid conversational fluency.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in managing day-to-day operational activities.
- Knowledge of vendor management, coordination, and follow-up processes.
- Ability to allocate tasks, track pending activities, and ensure timely closure.
- Good email etiquette and professional business communication skills.
- Ability to manage emails, respond to queries, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel skills, and good typing speed.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
