Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers in the US, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback through phone conversations or email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US Calling) setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with American clients over the phone.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
