About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and patient-focused professional to join our healthcare team as an International Patient Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with international patients, understand their requirements, and coordinate consultations with our medical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international patients and prospective patients.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in English, with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding consultations, appointment scheduling, and available medical services.
- Follow up with prospective patients through calls and WhatsApp to facilitate appointment bookings.
- Understand patient concerns and coordinate with doctors and the internal team when required.
- Maintain accurate patient enquiry records, follow-up updates, and lead statuses in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Provide a professional, empathetic, and patient-friendly experience throughout the enquiry and appointment booking process.
- Follow up consistently with interested patients to improve enquiry-to-consultation conversion rates.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare communication protocols.

Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Prior experience in international calling, international customer support, healthcare telecalling, patient coordination, or medical tourism will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently with patients from diverse international backgrounds.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- A patient, organised, and target-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, healthcare organisations, medical tourism companies, or international healthcare clients.
- Experience handling international leads and converting enquiries into scheduled consultations.
- Familiarity with patient appointment coordination and follow-up workflows.

Compensation ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and communication skills.
