Job Overview

FM DIGIPOWER PVT LTD is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced International Business Development Manager to drive business growth in international markets, particularly the USA and Canada. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring international clients, promoting digital marketing and web development services, and managing the complete sales cycle.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, excellent English communication, and proven experience in international sales, client acquisition, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new international clients, particularly from the USA and Canada.
- Promote the company's digital marketing, website development, web design, SEO, and other IT-related services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
- Handle international client calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and business development plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the business development and sales team to achieve targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in international business development or sales.
- Experience in selling digital marketing, website development, SEO, or IT services is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling clients from the USA and Canada.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and closing international deals.
- Ability to manage sales targets, pipelines, and business development activities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools is an advantage.
