Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer & Client Relations Manager based in Bengaluru South. The role involves developing interior concepts, planning layouts, and coordinating FF&E; selections in line with client requirements, brand standards, and project budgets. The professional will manage client interactions throughout the project lifecycle, including consultations, design presentations, approvals, and ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and timely decision-making.

We are looking for a confident, design-savvy professional who enjoys meeting people, understanding their vision,



and turning conversations into beautifully planned spaces.

Your Role

Meet prospective clients, understand their lifestyle, requirements and design aspirations.

Present design ideas, concepts and solutions with confidence.

Prepare proposals, design briefs and preliminary estimates.

Coordinate and manage the complete design phase, from initial discussion to final approvals.

Work closely with designers, 3D teams and project teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Who We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in interior design, design consultation or client-facing design roles.

Strong understanding of residential interiors, space planning, materials and finishes.

Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.

Ability to balance creativity, commercial understanding and project coordination.

- A proactive, organised professional who takes ownership.
