Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated Interior Design Faculty to mentor and instruct students across diploma and master diploma programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong theoretical design foundations with hands-on proficiency in industry-standard CAD and 3D visualization software, guiding students to develop skilled, job-ready portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Classroom & Studio Training: Deliver practical and theory sessions on design fundamentals, space planning, anthropometrics, color theory, lighting, and materials.
- Software Instruction: Train students in core design software: AutoCAD (2D drafting), SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray rendering, and Revit Architecture.
- Curriculum Execution: Follow DreamZone’s structured course modules, maintain class schedules, and ensure timely completion of syllabus batches.
- Project & Portfolio Mentorship: Guide students through studio projects, site analysis, working drawings, estimation, and final portfolio presentation.
- Student Evaluations: Conduct regular assessments, viva, reviews, and practical tests to measure learning outcomes.
- Workshops & Site Visits: Coordinate material market visits, live site study tours, and guest interactions with industry professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Sc.



in Interior Design, B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture), or B.Des in Interior Design. (Diplomas with exceptional portfolio/experience will also be considered).
- Experience: Both freshers with strong academic portfolios and experienced professionals / trainers (1–5+ years in interior design practice or teaching) are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in 2D Drafting: AutoCAD
- Proficient in 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray
- Working knowledge of Revit Architecture or Photoshop is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of architectural drafting conventions, construction detailing, and MEP basics.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Patience and passion for teaching emerging designers.
- Fluency in English and Kannada (Malayalam or Hindi is an added plus).
