Holistic builds second homes - villas, bungalows and apartments in Karjat, Roha and Navi Mumbai. Our customers buy the house from us and then go somewhere else to get the interiors done. We want to stop that happening.

This role is three things in one: find the interior work inside our own customer base, design it, and then stand on site until it is built properly.

The work

- Go back to Holistic customers who have already bought from us and win their interior work. This is the part that makes the role pay for itself.
- Understand what the family actually wants - how they live, what they will spend, what matters to them - and design to that, not to a catalogue.
- Produce the drawings: space plans, furniture layouts, electrical and lighting, false ceilings, 2D and 3D.
- Prepare the BOQ, get vendor pricing, and hold the project to the budget you quoted.
- Run the site. Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters - coordinate them, check the work, and fix what is wrong.
- Hand over clean. Final walkthrough, snag list closed, drawings and cost records complete.

What we are looking for

- Degree or diploma in interior design or interior architecture.
- 3 to 5 years on residential interiors, end to end - not design only, and not execution only. Both.
- Apartments,



villas or bungalows. Second homes is a plus.
- AutoCAD and SketchUp. Enscape, V-Ray or similar for visualisation.
- Comfortable sitting across from a customer and asking for the order.
- Fluent Hindi and Marathi, and able to hold a proper conversation with a customer in English.

What we provide

- Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000 per month, depending on what you have actually run.
- Our own customer base to work from. You are not cold calling strangers.
- Ownership of your projects from first meeting to handover, and a direct line to the founder.

Being straight with you

This is three jobs in one - finding the work, designing it, and getting it built. If you want to sit at a desk and only draw, this is not for you. If you have been doing all three already and would rather have a customer base handed to you than chase cold leads, you will like it here.
