About the CompanyBludesign Tech Solution Pvt Ltd specializes in commercial interior design and execution, including corporate offices and workspaces. We are looking for a skilled Interior Design Sales Executive who combines design knowledge with strong sales, client acquisition, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads for commercial interior design and turnkey projects.
- Identify potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Handle client meetings, understand design requirements, and present suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare and present design layouts, concepts, and proposals using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Develop quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates in coordination with the design and execution teams.
- Negotiate pricing, follow up with prospective clients, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure proposals align with client expectations.
- Build solid client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.




- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and work towards achieving sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in interior design sales.
- Commercial interior experience is mandatory, preferably in corporate offices and workspaces.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of client handling, lead generation, negotiation, and sales closure.
- Understanding of interior materials, finishes, space planning, BOQs, and project costing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage the sales process independently, from lead generation to project closure.
