Job Summary

- Sell both life insurance and general insurance products.

- Acquire recent customers and understand their financial and protection needs.

- Recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking, prospecting, corporate tie-ups, and channel partners.

- Understand customers’ financial goals, protection requirements, and insurance needs.

- Sell life insurance products, including term plans, savings plans, retirement solutions, ULIPs, and protection plans.

- Sell general insurance products, including motor, health, travel, property, and commercial insurance.

- Explain product features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, premiums, and policy terms.

- Prepare quotations and compare insurance policies to recommend suitable options.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC, documentation, and application completion.

- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance, endorsements, and servicing.

- Follow up on renewals,



cross-selling, additional sales opportunities, and customer retention.

- Build and manage a customer portfolio while maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Guide customers through claims processes and policy-servicing requirements.

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and MIS reports.

- Stay updated on insurance products, market developments, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Working knowledge of life insurance, general insurance, and basic financial planning.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
