The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our audience by promptly handling queries, manually processing product orders, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers

- Respond to customer inquiries and messages on Instagram in a timely and professional manner.

- Manually process product orders received through Instagram.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and consistency across social media.

Qualifications:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
