Job Summary The primary purpose of the role is to oversee and ensure the efficient installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walks, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the installation of elevators, escalators, and moving walks by coordinating and managing installation supervisors and fitters, ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality checks to ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety and operational standards, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including installation schedules, progress reports, and quality assurance records, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to align installation activities with overall project goals, addressing any concerns or changes in project requirements.
- Foster working relationships with external contractors, suppliers,



and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless integration and compliance with industry standards and regulations, representing the Organization's interests in all interactions.
- Lead and motivate teams of installation supervisors and fitters, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
- Facilitate regular meetings and briefings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Qualified Experience

- 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record over the last three years as a Profit Centre Head, Business Unit Head, or Sales Head.
- Exposure to the market at a national level.
- Experience in project management.
- Prior experience in international markets will be an advantage
