Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader – Inside Sales to lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and improve lead conversion for our business registration, taxation, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Guide team members in lead handling, follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closure.
- Support the team in handling high-value leads and complex customer queries.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and sales coaching sessions.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions through CRM.
- Ensure effective lead management, timely follow-ups, and improved conversion rates.
- Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Experience in managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance reports.
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Experience in taxation, GST, business registration, or compliance services is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
