Job Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Specialist with excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert leads into customers for our business registration, taxation, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain the company's services, pricing, and benefits effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation,



and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on lead conversion.
- Ability to handle customer objections and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
