Inside Sales Manager

Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA)

Swastik Industrial Works is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our team at Masjid Bunder, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, along with the ability to generate leads, manage sales opportunities, and achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable products or solutions, and converting leads into sales through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Explain company products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, price discussions, and negotiations.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and order processing.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and handle customer objections.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
