About us

Jewel Casa is a B2B jewellery platform connecting retail jewellers with 90+ manufacturers. Jewel Saathi, our software suite, helps jewellers go digital with a website, mobile app, order and karigar management, WhatsApp selling, and gold-silver savings tracking.

Responsibilities

- Call warm leads daily — website, WhatsApp/Meta campaigns and field-sales referrals
- Run live screen-share demos tailored to each jeweller's business
- Handle objections, share proposals, follow up and close deals
- Log every call, demo and outcome in the CRM the same day
- Hand closed deals to onboarding with complete notes

Requirements

- 1–4 years in tele-sales or inside sales,



with experience closing deals
- Confident running online demos and explaining software simply
- Fluent Hindi and working English; Gujarati or Marathi a plus
- SaaS / POS / billing software sales or jewellery-trade exposure preferred

Hiring process

3. 15-minute mock demo (after a 24-hour prep with a demo login)
4. Final round with Team Lead – Business Development

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
