Role Description The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Kolhapur, responsible for supporting sales operations and customer interactions. The role includes managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries, preparing and processing quotations, and coordinating order entry in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.

The Inside Sales

Coordinator will track order status, liaise with production, logistics, and service teams, and ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.



Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and supporting the sales team with reports, data analysis, and follow-ups. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal stakeholders and a strong focus on service quality, efficiency, and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting sales processes.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with Order Processing, including data entry, tracking, and coordination with operations and logistics.
- Comfort with CRM or sales management tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; experience in industrial or automotive sectors is an advantage.
