Key Responsibilities:

Experience 2 to 6 years

- Requirement Gathering

: Work with stakeholders to understand product rules, pricing models, and quoting workflows.

- Solution Design

: Configure INFOR CPQ to align with business processes (product catalogs, pricing rules, workflows).

- Implementation & Customization

: Develop product models, rules, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Infor CloudSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Testing & Validation

: Conduct UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate configurations.

- Training & Support

: Provide end-user training and ongoing support for sales teams.

- Integration

: Collaborate with IT teams to connect CPQ with back-office systems for seamless order management.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of

INFOR CPQ platform

(product modeling, rules engine, pricing configuration).

- Experience with

ERP/CRM integration

(Infor CloudSuite, M3, LN, or third-party CRMs).

- Understanding of manufacturing or distribution industries

(common CPQ use cases).

- Proficiency in

SQL, XML, APIs for customization and integration.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex product rules into CPQ logic.
