About the RoleSkinoro is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our marketing team as an Influencer Marketing & LinkedIn B2B Executive.

We welcome freshers, beginners, aspiring influencers and content creators who are passionate about social media, Korean skincare, influencer collaborations and digital marketing.

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. Positive communication skills, creativity, willingness to learn and a positive attitude are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities1.

Influencer

Marketing

- Identify and connect with beauty, skincare and lifestyle influencers.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product promotions and content creation.
- Manage influencer communication, follow-ups and video submissions.
- Track campaign performance and maintain influencer databases.
- Assist in planning influencer marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

2. LinkedIn B2B Marketing
- Identify potential distributors, retailers, beauty businesses and business partners.
- Connect with prospective B2B customers through LinkedIn.
- Send professional business messages and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain lead databases and track communication.
- Support B2B lead generation and partnership development.

Social Media

Management
- Assist in managing Skinoro's Instagram, Facebook,



LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Plan and coordinate reels, posts, product videos and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and social media content.
- Stay updated on Korean beauty trends, Instagram Reels and influencer marketing.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Interest in Korean skincare, beauty and social media marketing.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Creativity, organisation and good coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with influencers and customers.
- Willingness to learn influencer marketing and B2B lead generation.
