Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies,



and other process improvement techniques.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools relevant to process design and optimization.
