KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Industrial Project Handling: Manage industrial architecture projects from planning and design development to project coordination and execution support.
- Client Meetings and Relationship Management: Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate throughout the project lifecycle.
- 2D Drawings and 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, industrial layouts, 3D models, views, and realistic renders.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely deliverables.
- Design and Compliance: Develop practical industrial designs while adhering to applicable building regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.

- B.Arch.



or Diploma in Architecture.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial architecture and project handling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
- Solid communication, client-handling, and project coordination skills.
- Good understanding of industrial layouts, architectural drawings, and 3D visualization.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients independently.

PLEASE NOTE

This position is specifically for Architects and Architectural Diploma Holders. Civil Engineers and Mechanical Engineers are not eligible for this role.
