1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including order processing, shipment planning, and tracking

1. Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries

1. Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels at various locations

1. Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage space and facilitate efficient order fulfilment

1. Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements

1. Stay informed about changes in logistics regulations and adapt processes accordingly

1. Work closely with carriers to negotiate rates and service agreements

1. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

1. Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and reduce transit times

1. Proactively identify and address logistics-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions and raise POs

1. Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs)

1. Prepare timely activity reports for upper management

Liaison with the inspection companies to ensure the inspection norms and regulatory compliances must be adhered to best practises

1. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field will be advantage

1. Advanced experience in Quality Control practices & Inspection of agrochemicals and the worldwide chemical industry

1. Proficient in logistics and inventory management software

1. Require great project management and problem-solving skills

1. Excellent organizational and project management skills

1. Attention to detail

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

1. A strategic and analytical mind

1. Proven experience in supply chain roles, preferably in general trading

1. Customer service orientation

1. Time-management skills
