Role & responsibilities

Global Tree is a publicly listed company that helps professionals and families migrate, work and settle abroad. We are expanding across India and hiring Immigration Consultants at two levels: Immigration Advisors (20 openings, 1+ year of immigration sales experience) and Managers (5 openings, 5+ years of immigration sales experience).

As an Immigration Advisor, you will:

- Counsel clients by phone, video and in person on PR, work visa and migration options
- Assess client profiles against eligibility criteria such as age, education, work experience and language scores, and recommend the right pathway
- Follow up on leads quickly and convert enquiries into enrolments
- Meet individual monthly sales targets
- Keep the CRM updated after every client interaction
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to keep client files on track

As a Manager, you will also:
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of immigration advisors to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle high-value consultations and close complex cases




- Track team performance, lead conversion and pipeline health, and report to management
- Train recent advisors on immigration programmes, eligibility rules and the sales process

Preferred candidate profile

- Immigration sales experience: 1+ year for Advisors, 5+ years for Managers
- Proven record of meeting sales targets; Managers should have team-leading experience or be ready to step into leadership
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and at least one regional language
- Good knowledge of immigration programmes for Canada, Australia, Germany and the UK
- Locations: Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Chennai and Mumbai
