Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Kochi.

The Immigration

Consultant will guide clients through visa and immigration processes for multiple destinations, including assessing eligibility, advising on suitable pathways, and explaining regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating application submissions, and maintaining accurate case records. The role also involves staying updated on changing immigration laws and policies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance, and providing clear, professional communication throughout the client journey.





The consultant will contribute to maintaining service quality, supporting client satisfaction, and upholding the consultancy’s ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration systems, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Experience handling visa processes, including documentation, application preparation, and procedural guidance.
- Understanding of relevant law and policy frameworks connected to immigration and international mobility.
- Consulting skills, including client assessment, solution-focused advising, and professional case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse client backgrounds.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic case management or CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, student counseling, or related qualified services is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous learning in a regulated setting.
