Role : IAM Architect - Okta (Mandatory)

We are looking for IAM Architect to strengthen and modernize our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program

Project Description

- Assess the existing Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for modernization.
- Define the target IAM architecture, operating model, and implementation roadmap.
- Design and implement Okta capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, workflows, and access requests.
- Strengthen Active Directory architecture, directory cleanup, group governance, and integration with cloud identity platforms.
- Enhance Microsoft Entra ID capabilities, including Conditional Access, identity governance, privileged roles, and hybrid identity.
- Design and improve Privileged Access Management (PAM), covering privileged-account discovery, credential vaulting, just-in-time access, session controls, and service- account governance.
- Establish role and entitlement management, access reviews, segregation-of-duties controls, and audit readiness.
- Integrate IAM workflows with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, HR systems, and enterprise business applications.
- Provide hands-on architecture, technical design, implementation, and delivery support across IAM initiatives.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and HR teams to drive secure, scalable, and efficient identity management solutions

Desired Profile

- Extensive experience in IAM architecture, solution design, implementation,



and modernization within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Okta, including identity lifecycle management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), workflows, and access-request capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, directory cleanup, group governance, and integration with cloud identity platforms.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, identity governance, privileged role management, and hybrid identity.
- Experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, covering privileged-account discovery, credential vaulting, just-in-time access, session management, and service-account governance.
- Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, access certifications and reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit and compliance requirements.
- Experience integrating IAM solutions and workflows with IT service management (ITSM) platforms, HR systems, and enterprise business applications.
- Ability to assess existing IAM environments, identify gaps and risks, define target-state architecture, and develop actionable implementation roadmaps.
- Proven ability to provide hands-on technical leadership and drive end-to-end solution delivery beyond routine platform administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and HR teams.
