Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at HR Marga is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai . The role involves overseeing core HR functions, including -

- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage HR policies and procedures




- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations,
- Employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Performance management
- Coordination of training and development programs
- Execute Compensation and Benefit Programs

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience of 6-8 years in a senior associate or Lead HR role, preferably in a fast-paced organizational environment.
- Experience working in Social enterprises, and/or Community based Sustainability focussed organisation
