- Job Role: HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
- CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
- Final Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance

? Key Responsibilities✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. ✅ Hire talented professionals for Sales, Admissions, Marketing, and Operations teams.

✅ Handle employee engagement, attendance, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

✅ Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure timely hiring.

✅ Support performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.

✅ Build a positive, qualified, and performance-driven workplace culture.





? Who Should Apply?✔ Candidates with experience in HR recruitment or HR operations.

✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

✔ Good knowledge of recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and job portals.
