About the RoleAsha Hospital is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare sector and the ability to manage HR functions efficiently while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and processes.
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and staffing activities.
- Oversee employee induction, onboarding, and orientation.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Build positive employee relations and improve employee engagement.
- Ensure HR compliance, employee documentation, and record management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.




- Support workforce planning and employee performance management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA / MHA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
