We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in gaining practical experience across the complete HR function of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, HR documentation, and employee databases.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist with payroll inputs, salary calculations, and basic statutory compliance activities.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee communication, engagement activities, performance management, and HR policies.
- Staffing & HR Outsourcing: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, attendance,



and HR operations for client companies.
- HR Administration: Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, reports, and other HR-related documents.
- Business Support: Coordinate with internal teams and clients across Recruitment, Staffing, IT Services, and Corporate Solutions.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate
- Freshers looking for practical HR exposure are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and handle multiple responsibilities.
