We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team for an upcoming hotel project in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

? Position: HR Executive
? Industry: Hospitality / Hotel
? Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
? Experience: 1–3 years in HR; hospitality experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hotel staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining discipline.
- Coordinate with departmental heads to meet manpower requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
