Infidocs Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR professional with experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. Oracle recruitment exposure will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Recruit candidates for Oracle technologies and other IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and discuss notice periods.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Handle new employee onboarding and induction processes.




- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
- Assist employees with salary slips and payroll-related queries.
- Review and update company policies whenever required.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment and/or HR operations.
- Experience in IT hiring; Oracle recruitment exposure preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and basic HR operations.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
