What you'll do:
- Partner with the HRBP on day-to-day HR initiatives and projects• Support employee engagement and employee communication activities• Coordinate learning and development programs• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes• Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers. Prepare presentations, reports, and basic HR dashboards• Coordinate employee communications and event logistics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related fields, MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Optional)
Skills:
- Experience in HR Business Partnering/ HR Generalist
- Positive communication
- MS Excel
- Data Visualization and Insights
- HR Operations Support
- Coordination & Planning
- Data-driven mindset
Stipend: 15,000/ Per month
Work Mode: Hybrid
