Roles and Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.

Contact candidates and explain job openings, roles, and responsibilities.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.





Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Meet recruitment targets and support the company's hiring requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

SALARY:13-15K PER MONTH

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
