Job Title: HRSS Analyst

Job Type: Contractual (4-6 Months)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift time: 5:30pm-2:30am

Location: Bengaluru In this role, you will:

1. Be the first point of contact for HR business partners supporting their Workday inquiries,
2. Maintain the data integrity and HR data
3. Lead with the associate experience.

What You'll Do

- Receive and manage HR related requests through Workday Inbox, Workday Help, and email.
- Professionally and accurately respond to routine inquiries from associates and HR colleagues regarding HR transactions, from hire to retire, using established procedures, resources, and service standards.
- Respond to routine questions from associates and HR colleagues using established procedures, resources, and service standards.
- Review and process HR requests for hire-to-retire transactions with a high degree of accuracy and within expected timelines.
- Collaborate with various HR business areas to learn their workplace and apply these learnings to their ongoing HR transaction requests which drives quality and satisfaction.




- Verify that required information for hire-to-retire HR requests is complete and follow up with HR requestor when additional details are needed to complete the hire-to-retire transaction.
- Escalate complex issues and cases to experienced team members and or HR function with appropriate and complete documentation on work performed to date.
- Build working knowledge of HR processes, Workday and policies through training and hands-on experience.
- Share observations and suggestions that may improve procedures, resources, or the associate experience.

Sound Like You?

- Associates degree
- Minimum one to two years of customer service work experience (preferred)
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of HR hire to retire activities and services
- Experience with Workday (preferred) or similar HCM systems such as SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments (preferred)
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and consistent follow-up
- "Customer first" mindset and generosity with expertise
- Outgoing, Takes Initiative, Strong Interpersonal Skills
