Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HRO Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and hiring across multiple HR Outsourcing (HRO) functions. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HRO profiles, solid sourcing capabilities, and the ability to independently manage recruitment activities from requirement gathering to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding and closure.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various HRO roles.
- Handle recruitment across multiple HRO functions, like (US Payroll, US Benefits, HR Shared Services (HRSS), HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leave of Absence (LOA)), and other HR outsourcing processes.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, negotiate offers, and manage offer documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Manage multiple job requirements simultaneously and support volume hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.




- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Track recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and ensure adherence to recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for multiple HRO functions.
- BPO industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment pipeline management.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience managing multiple requirements and volume hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
- Strong English communication skills.
