Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international power plant projects.

- Handle bulk hiring for site-based and project-specific requirements.

- Source and recruit technical professionals for power plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) projects.

- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across multiple project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with good Hindi communication skills are preferred.

- Experience in power plant recruitment, bulk hiring, and technical recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Ability to coordinate with site teams, project managers, and candidates across domestic and international locations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
