AKRUTI Developer is a real estate development company focused on delivering quality projects and building a robust team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support joining formalities, documentation,



and onboarding of new employees.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and follow up with candidates effectively.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
