Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Support joining formalities,



documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in endtoend recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Experience recruiting for relevant industry roles is an added advantage.

Pay: 16k-20k (As per exeperience)
