Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and client hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up on interview feedback and candidate joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work towards daily calling and monthly placement targets.
